Unlike other agencies our Tenant Find Service Priced at just £395 (Reduced from £549) is all inclusive. We never charge any hidden fees. All fees are inclusive of the above services.

Rent Collection Service

Rent Collection Service - 5% 

Priced at just 5% of rent collected. Providing more ways to pay and a dedicated payments processing team we ensure tenant arrears are less likely to occur.


Tenants are able to pay rent via Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, Cheque, BACS and Direct Debit; by providing more ways to pay we are able to minimise tenant arrears. If your tenant fails to pay; we have a number of techniques we can call on in order to ensure your tenants remain in credit.
